Returns

It can always happen that the ordered products don't fit your needs.

When the products are still new and unused in original packing with the label attached to it, you can return it within 14 days after receival on your own costs to:

NOTE: Always give our email address info@sportgear.nl to the delivery service, so that we receive the Track & Trace email and can see where the package is. Otherwise, it may unexpectedly remain at a collection point and will be returned to the sender after a few days.

After receiving it we will inspect and process your return further.

When you add the packing slip to the return package, you can write down what products you will return and if you would like to have another product in stead. You can let us know by e-mail already what products you want, so we can reserve or order these products for you. When you want to have the exact same product in a different size, we can most of the time send this to you without additional freight charges (within Holland).

Please let us know when you have further questions and otherwise we are looking foreward for your return.
